General FAQs

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday through Thursday, 9:00AM to 4:00PM and Fridays by Appointment only.

Do you accept new patients?

Yes! Come one come all!

Do you offer emergency appointments?

Yes, we offer emergency appointments.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment in the form of cash, card, or check.

Do you offer financing options?

We offer several financing options for our patients! Call the office to find out more information.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask if you need to cancel your appointment to please do it 48 hours in advance.

What dental services do you offer?

We are a full-service dental office!

We offer General Dentistry Services, Deep Cleanings, Cosmetic Dentistry, Sedation Dentistry, Tooth Replacement, and Emergency Dental Care.

Do you offer cosmetic dentistry? (e.g., teeth whitening, veneers, Invisalign)

Yes! We offer Cosmetic Dentistry services. Check them all out in our services tab.

Do you treat children?

Yes! We offer treatment options for the whole family.

Do you offer sedation dentistry?

Yes we do! We're happy to provide our patients the latest and greatest in Sedation Dentistry. Want to learn more?

Do you provide emergency dental care?

Dental emergencies happen. That's why our doctors and office offer spots for emergency appointments.

Technology & Comfort

Do you use digital X-rays?

Yes! We have the latest X-ray technology with the lowest dose of radiation possible.

We also utilize CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) that helps us view your mouth in 3 dimensions.

What sedation options do you offer?

Our dental office offer a variety of sedation options -- to view our options of sedation please refer to this video!

Is your office handicap accessible?

Yes! We have a brand new handicap access ramp to get into the office.

Do you have TVs in the patient rooms?

Yes! Please let us know what you'd like to watch. We have Roku's with several different streaming options.

Insurance

Do you accept dental insurance?

We accept several dental insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid!

Please call our office for a complimentary benefits check if you need more clarification about the cost of your visit.

Do you file insurance claims for patients?

Yes, we file insurance claims for our patients.

What if I don't have dental insurance?

We love the opportunity to provide excellent dental care for everyone, regardless if you have insurance! We are happy to talk with you through the costs of our services without insurance. We work with several dental financing services, outlined above.
